PTO BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE: Charlene Enos (President), Linda O'Connell (Vice-President), Nicole Constabile (Secretary & Room Rep Coordinator) Dawn DiPersio (PR Chair), Jenna Riley (PR Committee) & Tracey DuPre (Box Top Coordinator).
PRESIDENTS REPORT (Charlene) - Charlene gave a financial review of the budget as well as what has come in and gone out. No questions were raised.

Father/Daughter Dance
-Volunteers needed:
Set-up from 2pm to 4pm – approx. 1-2 volunteers
Clean-up from 6pm to 8pm – approx. 1-2 volunteers.

Dessert Wednesday
-In lieu of field trip for Grade 4, Dessert Wednesday will be postponed until March.
Annual Auction
-School Fundraiser \ March 17th.
Laser Craze
-PTO Fundraiser \ March 20th.
Reminder: Anyone chairing an event should contact Charlene Enos to review the database for donors. We are looking to avoid a double contact. Some events have specific donors that contribute/donate to their events only. Charlene has a master list.
